How to Take Your Measurements
Before buying second-hand and vintage clothing, you must know your measurements. Sizes can vary, and this ensures a perfect fit for your unique style!

Use a Flexible Tape Measure. Choose a soft, flexible tape measure for accurate results. Something like this.
Bust/Chest: For the bust or chest measurement, wrap the tape around the fullest part, ensuring it's parallel to the ground.
Pit-to-pit: Measure pit-to-pit by using a garment with a fit you like; stretch a flexible tape across the chest area from one armhole to the other to determine the width and ensure a similar fit.
Waist: Measure your natural waist, typically the narrowest part of your torso, above your belly button.
Hips: Measure the widest part of your hips, usually around the hip bones.
Inseam: For inseam length, measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of your ankle.
Length (Dresses/Tops): Measure from the shoulder down to where you want the hem.
Shoulder Width: Measure across the back from one shoulder tip to the other.
